Starlight Alchemy (SA) will be responsible for the delivery of choreography, costumes, makeup, music, fuel, performance props. SA will be on stand-by 1hr before performance. Additional waiting time is charged at SGD$55/hr pp. Additional on-site rehearsals or technical run are also charged at this same rate. In case of fire-performance SA will provide some safety equipment, which includes fire extinguisher, extinguishing- and safety blankets. If necessary SA will asses the performance venue / site prior to the performance and advise the client on possible dangers posed by the above agreed performance. It’s SA’s right to decide on feasibility of fire-elements on-site. All talents and coordinators do not hold any criminal record. In case of sudden illness of a SA group member SA will inform the client instantly and provide a backup solution. If this is not possible the performance will take place with less than the agreed number of performers. Medical certificate is to be produced on request. The wording for press- / radio- / stage announcement needs to be agreed on by SA. SA has access to every photo- / video material taken of the performance. While SA will undertake necessary safety precaution SA is not to be made liable for losses and damages of any kind, whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, general, specific, special or incidental done to people, equipment, venue etc. on and off stage before, during and after the show. Any customised costumes & props (agreed on before). The client will also cover all additional fees incl. performing rights society and music license if such fees are necessary.
The client agrees to provide a holding room, access to a washing-up area, water or nonalcoholic drinks and free access for stagehand(s). The client is responsible to provide the lighting and sound system for the agreed venue. If additional lighting or sound systems needs to be hired, the costs will be borne by the client. Advice will be given during the on-site assessment prior to the agreed performance. For stage-performance all goods on stage, especially technical/band equipment, are to be covered with low flammability blankets. If blankets are not available the client must move equipment to a safe distance that SA performers will advise. The ceiling height has been agreed on by SA. For off-stage performance the floor must be even, smooth and nonflammable. It’s the clients responsibility to ensure that smoke/fire detector are not set off during performance. The client will cover expenses and all transportation costs for any customised costumes & props (agreed on before). The client will also cover all additional fees incl. performing rights society and music license if such fees are necessary. In the event of cancellation of any item before 7 days prior to engagement, a 50% price compensation will be expected. In the event of cancellation of any item before 3 days prior to engagement, a 70% price compensation will be expected.
